These balanced techniques allow you to make quick changes to your physical and mental state. Location: Workship at De Ceuvel, Korte Papaverweg 6C, Amsterdam Noord.You can find the Workship by following the jetty directly on your left-hand side as you enter De Ceuvel. If the weather is nice we’ll be outside on the jetty!
Teacher Marieke de Lange (1978) has been practising yoga for more than 10 years. She practiced Hatha Yoga until she discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2011. The first lesson she did felt so natural that she decided to do the teacher training.
This form of yoga has provided her with many insights and has changed her profoundly. For example, through Kundalini Yoga you can quickly identify old patterns of behaviour that you no longer need and learn to let them go. Kundalini makes you feel physically and mentally stronger and more resilient.
