WHAT IS SACRED SAUNA?
During this Workshop, participants will gain the full body benefits of Sauna & Ice Bath, along with the practical knowledge behind breath-work and the benefits of contrast therapy.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
We will begin with a workshop on the basic principles of Breathwork & Contrast Therapy led by Jim Luca Olde Rikkert and Chris Hettinga of Movements Amsterdam.
Next, participants will put the theory into practice by experiencing our Signature BADHUS Water Circuit, guided by trained experts. FLORAL ICE BATH | FLOATING SAUNA | NATURAL SWIMMING.
We will end the evening together with a delicious plant-based dinner, provided by De Ceuvel.
