Foraging, cooking together AND learning more about first aid in nature. Have you always wanted to know which plants, leaves and seeds you can eat? What you can do for a headache or a small cut when you are in the woods? Then join us now and discover what nature has in store for you.
During the expedition, we will see how many edible plants you will encounter, learn how to recognise them, which ones are edible and what are suitable first-aid plants. Of course, we will harvest some plants and take them with us, to cook with at De Ceuvel.
Back at De Ceuvel, this gathered harvest will be washed, cut and sorted. Afterwards, we’ll get culinary. Together, we put together an unusual menu, depending on what the park has to offer us at that moment. To conclude, there will be a tasty tasting.
Please note that because we also focus on first aid with plants during picking, cooking in this session is easier than other expeditions.

Anke connects people with themselves and with nature with her company The Nature Connection. She holds offices at the Ceuvel, where she is the manager of the Purifying Park, among other things. Anke has enormous knowledge of nature and everything that grows and blooms, and conveys this with great enthusiasm. Besides the Wildpluke expeditions, she is a nature coach and teaches outdoor mindfulness.
