The idea is to give students of different levels a deeper insight into certain musical genres and a more profound understanding of their instrument/voice. In addition to giving them the chance to perform what they have learned at the end of the day accompanied by a band.

The day will consist of 3 masterclasses held by Liva Dumpe, Massimo Imperatore and Luke Aaron Mayer.

Voice (Liva Dumpe)
In this workshop you will learn more about certain stylistics used in Soul and Jazz , and how to incorporate these techniques into your vocal repertoire. Further you will learn about harmonizing sections, backing vocals and of course also learn some fun exercises to improve your vocal range and confidence in your singing! After the lessons you will perform a song accompanied by a professional band!

Guitar 1 (Luke Aaron Mayer)
This masterclass is designed for players on from beginner to advanced beginner level. We will learn about shifting simple major and minor chords shapes all over the fretboard while learning to understand the fretboard also in high positions. We will then apply these chords shapes to a song we will learn and arrange together to later perform with a band after the lessons!

Guitar 2 (Massimo Imperatore)
This is the class for intermediate to advanced level players.
Massimo will be teaching you all about chord triads and how to use them all over the fretboard. This class will be all about how triads work in both a harmonic use and also how they can help you improve your soloing.
After the classes there will be a jam session where you can show off what you have learned with a professional band!
