|| What do we do? ||
The Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung exercises are as handles to find more happiness and balance. You can see it as a moving form of meditation that everyone can learn. Rainbow Tai-Chi helps you become the best version of yourself. And uses a unique heart, body, mind, spirit approach.
The slow, relaxing and quiet movements bring you more peace, energy, more love for yourself and others, more vitality, balance and better health!
The exercises and principles are easy to apply in everyday situations and can be seen as tools that you can use at any time in your life to come back to more balance and inner peace!
All exercises we practice are based on the book and teachings of ’15 ways to a happier you ‘, written by my great taoist tai chi master and founder Master Choy.

The workshop takes place at the unique location ‘De Ceuvel’ in Amsterdam Noord. A beautiful light space on the water.

The workshops are for adults of all ages. No matter how fit you are, beginner or advanced, Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung is for everyone! This workshop is given in English.

|| Why Tai Chi? ||
Tai Chi is often described as ‘meditation on the move’, but according to Harvard Medical School you can also call it “medication in motion.” More and more studies show that Tai Chi and Chi Kung is valuable in treating and preventing health problems. research by Harvard Medical School is a good example of this.
The regular practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung has been found favored for a wide range of challenges such as: stress, restlessness, sleep problems, depression, high blood pressure, arthritis, flexibility, heart problems and diabetes (Harvard University Study 2009).
Tai Chi and Chi Kung will help you bring more peace to your life and will bring you back to a connection with chi-energy (life force) that will make you feel more energy and vitality.
|| Background Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung ||
Tai-Chi & Chi-Kung has its roots in China. It has been practiced for 8000 years by the Taoists who are the founders of this healing art of movement. Tai-Chi & Chi-Kung has been spread all over the world since the last century and today millions of people (also in the West) benefit from this ancient healing teaching.
Although it is most commonly seen in the West as movements based on martial arts, Tai Chi has its roots in ancient Chinese philosophy. Been practiced for thousands of years.
Tai Chi and Chi Kung are a movement art and part of Taoism, which also means ’the road’ or ’the path’. The way of nature based on the natural principles of yin and yang that we constantly see around us. Everything is about the natural order, back to nature. How can we learn from nature and be in harmony with nature, which is mainly about Taoism, Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
There are hundreds of different types of Tai Chi and Chi Kung directions, most of which focus only on the Tai Chi that focuses on Tai Chi “Chuan” (external martial art application) or on the physical fitness and relaxation aspect of Tai Chi Form practice.
Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung however combines 7 colors of the rainbow and their respective qualities to take a holistic approach to bring people more balance, based on traditional Chinese medicine and philosophical principles of yin and yang. Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung focuses on achieving a balance on the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level.
Rainbow Tai Chi was founded by Taoist Tai Chi Master Peter Kean Chin Choy. After learning at 7 Grand Masters and Masters in Asia, Europe and America, he was given the title ‘Master of Tai Chi’ by Grandmaster Chen of Chen Village in China. Master Choy has more than 45 years of experience and has now taught more than 40,000 students in Europe, Asia and the United States.
He has combined his experience and the lessons of his Grand Masters and developed Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung in which he combines the wisdom and expertise of 7 different advanced teachers into a holistic education system.
He is the author of two leading books on Tai Chi and Chi Kung “15 ways to a happier you” and “37 steps to happiness”.
The relaxed, slow and easy to follow exercises from the first book “15 ways to a happier you”, will guide the workshops that are given.

Hi! My name is Sabine Feron and I am a teacher trainee at the
Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung (RTCCK) Self Healing Center in Devon, UK.
Over the past 4.5 years I have immersed myself in this enriching lifestyle, 8000 year old philosophy and
healing exercises, under direct guidance and supervision of the founder and great taoist teacher Master Choy.
The 15 tools we learn in this workshop given me more of me! More confidence, joy, and greater calm in communication, relationships and work, enhanced my creativity and helped me to heal from tinnitus, depression, anxiety and overcome addictions of which I had been struggling for years.
Which is why I am convinced and super excited to share these life-enriching tools with all of you! All the workshops and classes are held as part of my graduation as a Teacher of Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung.
