ABOUT AZRA ILYA
Azra Ilya makes pop music with electronic elements that sometimes makes you long for the 80s. She draws inspiration from films by David Lynch and Tim Burton because of the authentic atmosphere revealed in their cinematography. With her narrative, intimate music, Azra Ilya likes to take her listeners on a nostalgic trip around the world. Thus, her musical examples include Kate Bush, Portishead and Joni Mitchell.

Her first single “Different” has just been released and on 11 March, her second single “Artichoke Heart” will be released on all digital platforms – both tracks are part of an EP.

On 20 April, Azra Ilya will showcase her EP with band, among others, as well as perform some intimate songs solo on her loop station.
