Kundalini Yoga is the “Yoga of consciousness”. In an hour and a half lesson you will use your body, breath and voice to relax and to make yourself stronger. Balanced techniques enable you to quickly change on a physical and mental level. Kundalini Yoga opens, clears and expands your consciousness so that you can better face the challenges of daily life.

Every Friday morning from 9.30 am to 11 am
Location: Workship on the Ceuvel, Korte Papaverweg 6C, Amsterdam Noord.
The lesson is in the Workship, directly after the gate on the left. In good weather outside on the jetty!

I dare to follow my heart. Everything I do, I do with passion and dedication. From an early age, even before I was aware of it, I had an enormous drive to empower people so that they could let their own light shine again. I constantly challenge myself to go to the next level and hardly see any risks. This brings me success, but also challenges occasionally. “That’s the beauty of the road,” I always say.
