Kasha teaches creative and dynamic vinyasa flow classes for all levels. Her classes are inclusive, warm and welcoming with modifications offered throughout. The sequencing is imaginative, playful and somewhat unusual, focusing on connection to the breath and attention to alignment.

Using her experience as a clothing designer she interweaves a rich narrative throughout each practice. Every lesson is crafted around a theme with the aim to draw you into a space where you can deepen your practice, connect to the body and have fun whilst doing so. A non perfectionistic and joyful approach to each lesson is always invited alongside gentle encouragement to challenge the body when needed. 

Features

An eclectic soundtrack is curated for each class specifically and is designed to create a deeper connection to the theme and carry you through any challenging moments.

The space is held with love and care and the intention is for you to leave the mat with your body a little more balanced and energized and your mind a little quieter. 

Yoga mats and props are provided, however please feel free to bring your own mat if it’s more comfortable for you.

Planning: 28th November 18:00, 10th December 8:30, 12th December 18:00, then continuing in the new year every Tuesday and Thursday from 7th January onwards.

Time:  Tuesday 8:30- 9:45, Thursday 18:00- 19:15 Please arrive 5 minutes before so we can start the class on time
