Yoga on the Ceuvel with Kasha

Yoga on the Ceuvel with Kasha

Come and practice yoga in a peaceful setting tucked amongst the reeds and the trees where our studio is nestled. Views out to the water front and surrounding nature create a magical environment and unique experience for this intimate yoga class.

Kasha teaches creative vinyasa flow classes for all levels. Her classes are inclusive, warm and welcoming with modifications offered throughout. The sequencing is imaginative, playful and somewhat unusual, focusing on connection to the breath and attention to alignment.

Using her experience as a clothing designer she interweaves a rich narrative throughout each practice. Every lesson is crafted around a theme with the aim to draw you into a space where you can deepen your practice, connect to the body and have fun whilst doing so. A non perfectionistic and joyful approach to each lesson is always invited alongside gentle encouragement to challenge the body when needed.

What to expect?

  • A safe space where you can practice yoga and build community in an a truly unique setting.

  • An eclectic soundtrack curated for each class specifically designed to create a deeper connection to the theme and carry you through any challenging moments.
