What does the world you want to live in look like? How do you envision your neighbourhoods, and how do you want to connect with the people who share these spaces with you? The rapid transformation of Amsterdam, along with its social and alternative spaces, highlights the importance of active participation more than ever. But where do we start? Join us on a time-travel journey to the future city of your wildest dreams—because the first step to achieving these dreams is to imagine them.
In this creative workshop, we’ll become architects and city planners, designing and visualising our utopia using unique, beautiful materials rescued from architecture offices across the city. Throughout this communal creative process, we’ll inspire and empower one another to dream beyond the limits imposed on us and explore practical ways to turn these “utopian” visions into reality. Together, we’ll craft, glue, paint, and—most importantly—engage in meaningful conversations.
Because a utopia can only be realized together.
