Up to 7 days before your tour:
• 100% refund, minus € 15 administration & transaction costs
• Admin costs expire when moving the tour
Within 7 days but up to 48 hours before your tour
• 50% refund
• Short term movement is still possible at no extra cost (in a window of approximately 7 days), but subject to guide availability. If no guide is available on your newly chosen date & time, the 50% refund will apply.
